​Vacation Rental Full Management:

$0 Setup Fee.

10% of all guests stays, minus cleaning fees.

Guest is subject to a $25 per reservation fee. Collected during the reservation and paid to Property Manager.

PM handles all communication with Guests.

PM chooses the Rental Cleaners.

Owners to pay for photos including aerials of property.

Owners statements are are published on Owners Portals.

All funds are collected by PM and are paid to Owners once a month and deposited via ACH-Direct Deposit to their account.

PM will keep track and refill supplies. Those supplies (Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Dish, Laundry and Dishwasher Detergent, Shampoo/Conditioners) will be charged to the owner at cost.

PM will visit the unit at the minimum 1 time per month.

10% of total guest reservation cost.

Access to owners accounts via hosting site and hospitable.

Funds are directly deposited into owners banking account and a bill/statement is given to owners once a month.  Co-Hosting fees are due upon receipt of this bill. 

Owner choses Rental Cleaners and will use the cleaning service Turno for scheduling.
